22% of institutional investors plan to buy cryptocurrency


The study of the financial holding JPMorgan Chase showed that every fifth investor who does not work with cryptocurrency plans to invest part of the funds.

According to a survey of 3,400 investors from 1,500 major organizations, 11% of respondents have already bought or traded digital assets. Twice more (22%) respondents believe that their companies will enter this market in the future.

At the same time, only 7% of investors are confident in the long-term success of cryptocurrency, as one of the key assets of the future, 21% consider it temporary market hobbies, and 14% stated that digital assets are better avoiding to avoid loss of funds.

The survey showed that the main repulsive factor for large players is security problems in crypto industry. 98% of respondents believe that in this field the fraud is very common and occurs almost everywhere.

At the same time, JPMorgan Chase analysts note that recently institutional investors refuse precious materials.
